We were a large group who had been let down by our booking at The Nickelodeon, across the road. Lauren was able to quickly accommodate us without any hassle, helped provide a lovely birthday meal for my daughter, and this was all while being under staffed on the evening. To the whole team, thank you, you made our evening better than anticipated.

Visited for the first time. Received a warm welcome upon arrival. Service was very quick. Friendly staff. food was delicious and hot. Lovely decorations. Don’t have a bad word to say regarding my experience of the restaurant. Would definitely visit again.

We went for a family meal, while we were out and about. We had a fantastic time! The food was absolutely fabulous!! We have now become regulars! And as always, we are greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service by the fantastic Lauren! Fantastic food, cold drinks, service with care and a smile. What more could you want from a family meal out? Promote Lauren! Lauren has looked after us a few times previously, always greets with a friendly smile and is ever so helpful when ordering. I’ll say it again, Promote Lauren!!

We had another lovely visit to Bella Italia Wolverhampton today. As regular customers, we’ve always enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and consistently delicious food — and today’s experience stood out even more. The restaurant was quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The two staff members, Kim and Gee, were absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and especially sweet with our 9-month-old baby girl, Gianna. They played with her and made her giggle, which meant a lot to us as parents. It made the visit feel personal and special. We also used the Blue Light NHS discount, which we always appreciate. Thank you again to Kim, Gee, and the entire Bella Italia team for making our day — we’ll definitely be back! With appreciation, Gimson, Joice & Gianna
